Refunds of fees for the year will be granted based on the following schedule:

The $200 per student registration fee is due upon registration and is non-refundable. 

The $95 per class deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a different class selection prior to the start of classes. 

Books will be ordered in mid-July and if a book is ordered, you will not be reimbursed for the book.  The book and invoice will be given to you and you can choose to keep it, return it to the company or sell it privately. 

• Cancellations/Refund Requests made up to 3 weeks prior to the start date (before 8/15/2023) will receive a 100% refund of fees less the $95 deposit and any purchased books. 
• Cancellations/Refund Requests made up to 2 weeks prior to the start date (before 8/22/2023) will receive 75% refund of fees less the $95 deposit and any purchased books. 
• Cancellations/Refund Requests made prior to 1 week prior to the start date (before 8/29/2023) will receive 50% refund of fees less the $95 deposit and any purchased books. 
• Requests made after September 5, 2023, will be subject to no refund of fees paid unless extenuating circumstances arise. 

All refunds must be made in writing to the ILC financial administrator and may be returned via check.
